Mr Scales had worked in the business previously and took over to build one of the most well stocked shops in London. Today the business is run by son Chris Scales and has developed into having a great reputation for friendly professional staff who offer first rate quality of service. The Sewing Centre's customers range from leading fashion houses, wedding dress designers, West End hotels, home based, and industrial companies located in South London. A mail order service is available subject to conditions and we offer free delivery and pickup within the local area. We also stock second hand and reconditioned machines.
